RETURN POLICY

Clark Revolution is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date with all tags attached. No restocking fee. 

 Email returns@clarkrevolution.com with your order number and reason for return to receive your return authorization. If your return is accepted, you can then return the item with the original tags to the address given. We do not provide free return shipping. Also, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 *If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact Clark Revolution as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped , we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
